Service was slow and there were only two people serving, I used my lunch break to go to the bank to open an account and wasted my two hours. They don't care if there are people who need to go back to work.

Very slow, elderly people spend hours in queues, some even get sick, and the most they do is offer a glass of water, inhumane!

Terrible service, a girl who “helps” people at the checkout, with no patience and zero empathy, here’s a tip, if you’re going to serve people, be more kind and polite 👍🏻
